T.W.(Bill) Baugh III is an experienced executive and leader with a wide variety of professional experiences. He is an expert in corporate renewal and maximizing enterprise value. As an entrepreneur for the past fifteen years, he has generated returns in excess of 2,000 percent and has raised hundreds of millions across multiple companies both in healthcare and industrial businesses. He is well versed in both domestic and international operations. Bill has completed more than thirty acquisitions; nine startups and more than forty integrations. 

After graduating from the Washington State University with a degree in Finance and Accounting where he was also employed as a National Sales Representative for International Business Machines, Bill began his professional career as a Consultant for Touche Ross (now Deloitte). 

Following his time at Deloitte, Bill moved on to the office of the CEO at Nucor Corporation during a period of rapid growth at Nucor with the company growing from $500 million in revenue to $5 billion, Bill progressed from an Analyst to the level of Vice President. While at Nucor, Bill obtained his MBA from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte. After Nucor, he moved to Fisher Scientific (now Thermo Fisher) during a Thomas H. Lee Partners led leveraged buyout of the Company as the Group President of Global Laboratory Products. Bill led a number of initiatives at Fisher including development of a multi-billion dollar eCommerce platform and an extensive proprietary product portfolio in molecular, microbiological and analytical reagents, instrumentation, and pharmaceutical services.

Following Fisher, Bill began his career as an entrepreneur and CEO with a number of initiatives including development of a life science roll-up with a $100 million capital raise, taking private a specialty pharmaceutical business in Canada with a total return exceeding 2,300%, turn-around of an OTC business leading to a $200 million equity return and numerous successful start-ups and exits. He serves a Board member and strategic advisor to numerous enterprises.

During his career, Bill has an extensive background in complex litigation having managed cases from Superfund litigation to toxic torts to complex civil matters in his roles at Nucor, Fisher Scientific, Pelican Life Sciences and Theramed Corporation.

Bill enjoys spending time with his two adult children, Rachael and Ty and his thirteen-year-old twins, Bernadette and Jackson. His hobbies include a passion for all things water, mountain biking, snow skiing, fitness, all sports, history, reading, wine, animals, international culture, theatre and the arts and charitable endeavors primarily focused on mentoring and enhancing opportunities for children and the environment.
